Rackmount monitor shelf drawer, takes 1u folded and unfolds to reveal a vga monitor, keyboard and tracker ball mouse. Uses VGA and P/S2 connectors so you’ll need a compatible computer or the necessary USB adaptors for more modern machines. Works ok, some cosmetic scratches on the rear but the screen and the keyboard are in excellent useable condition.
